- Health Insurance available for all Employees working at least 60 hours per pay period on a regularly scheduled basis. Included for covered Employees and any covered family member is 100% coverage for hospital services rendered by Hamilton Memorial Hospital. Prescriptions filled at HMHD Pharmacy are not covered 100% under this plan.
- Dental Insurance available for eligible Employees and their families.
- Pre-tax treatment of premiums for eligible Employees opting for health or dental insurance.
- Paid life insurance in the amount of 1½ times annual earnings up to $50,000 for eligible Employees.
