HMHD Senior Enrichment Hosting Annual “Antique Angel Tree” Program

Hamilton Memorial Hospital Senior Enrichment will host its annual “Antique Angel Tree” program for senior citizens in need.

Nominees should be 65 years or older, live in Hamilton or White Counties, and meet one or more of the following criteria:

·         lives on a limited income

·         have recently suffered the loss of a loved one

·         does not have family close for the holidays

·         experiences difficulty with depression/anxiety in winter months and around holidays

To nominate a senior citizen in need, visit hmhospital.org and click the “Senior Enrichment” tab to download the form. Return the form via fax to 618.643.2130 or you may also call 618.643.2416 to complete a nomination form over the phone.   Forms will also available by visiting HMH Senior Enrichment at 303 West Randolph Street in McLeansboro.
